Commercial enterprises for work, recreation or leisure encompass a wide variety of building types. Office, retail, restaurants, hospitality, research and development projects require a broad range of both creativity and technical design skill. Feasibility studies, mock-ups, models and renderings may be prepared for various approval processes, as well as obtaining funding.

Mixed Use
